We were founded in 2003 by a group of students studying for a City and Guilds qualification in Horticulture at Brooklands College in Weybridge, Surrey.

We meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 1.30 - 3.45pm from September to April for talks and demonstrations from experts and enthusiasts in gardening. Meetings are held in the small hall of St James Parish Centre, Churchfield Rd, Weybridge KT13 8DE which is adjacent to St James Church.

There is plenty of time for friendly chat, we serve tea, coffee and biscuits, have a plant sale, a freebie table for magazines and seeds, and our raffle is a good way to win a plant, and other goodies.

Our April meeting is our AGM and Annual Show.

In the summer months we visit both large and small gardens, and concentrate on those not normally open to the general public. Our coach trip is very popular, allowing us to go a bit further afield than we are comfortable to drive ourselves.  

We are a small Society but pride ourselves on our friendly approach to gardening.
